Without getting to a "cannot go into details with billing/account info", i want to make this simple so i get a real response, before my account is about to end.
Nov 8th is when my account ends. its very close. I'm going to buy the next gamecard tommorow.
I used to use the luanchpad to edit and cancel so i could put my new Gamecard numbers in, as the editing usually asks.
I cannot find where im supposed to edit this so i can use my new Gamecard. please help
"My Account" does not give me an option to do this anymore 
p.s. dont even refer me to Tech Support. Have you ever USED tech support? lol

It's actually somewhere under the 'Register Expansion' option.
