I bought JTL about a week ago with the impression that you can PvP on the Multi-Passenger Ships!! turns out that you cannot!! what is with this?? being able to fight your friends,or better yet hold PvP tournaments IN SPACE!! would be without a doubt one of the best things availableto JTL!! we really need to change this problem and make it so! So please /sign if ya with me on this..Thanks

Wait, wait, you can't PvP with the YT-1300, the Decimator and the Nova Courrier?
What are you thinking Devs? I really looked forward to this!

As far as I know you cant enter Kessel and deep space in a SoroSub.
The master lvl multiplayerships can enter but are big slow targets, if you understand me

They mean you can't duel/PvP *inside* the ship. IE. holding a TKA tournament onboard a vessel, etc. You could for awhile in beta but some issues came up (I'm sure you can think of a couple of possible problems with this if you think about it ).
).So, my understanding was they disabled the ability to duel/PvPonboard a ship for the time being.
There is no issue with a multi-player master ship PvPing though. They just mean you can't fight inside the ship.

Lay off the crack. You can enter the PvP zones in any of the three master level ships. You can't enter PvP zones in the Luxury Yacht, but it's unarmed and invulnerable anyway, and thus pointless in PvP. Read some of the other posts where people talk about taking their Nova Courier into Kessel or whatnot.

Alright homie... I have no idea where you got the idea i'm on crack or sumthin' concidering YOU dont understand what i'm talking about.. so lemmie (once again) simplifiy this for you.. You cannot DUEL in a Multi-passger ship... which by "Duel"I mean having one of your friends come on and you duel :::NOT WITH SHIPS::: ...now do you get it? And Secondly I DO read other posts becuase I tell other people to that.. and on the JTL discussion board I didnt not see this issue mentioned so....before you get your head stuck up your arse and flaming somone try reading posts 3-4 times over so that it gets through your thick skull alright? ......Thank You and dont forget to /sign

There are many issues to think about when dueling/pvping in space. Seeing blasters fly out the windows of MP ships, (imagine what the passer by's would think lol) The MP ships interior is like an instanced version of the ground in space. So seeing blasters fly out and maybe damage numbers and the combat log. Keeping all that contained in one little space will be tough and likely cause a lot of lag. Too bad I was looking forward to this too, but it will likely never happen.

What would be good, is if a MP ship could dissable and board corvettes and other MP ships and hijack it

Sure someone mentioned that they are looking at adding Top Missions which rquires players to group up, board a corvette and etc etc etc.

they took it out so that jedi can't farm each other in the safe confines of space. not to mention... who would be dumb enough to shoot a blaster inside the interior of small ship? its like having a shootout in a cessna.
