Hey, I am sure someone at some point has asked this question before, but i obviously missed it.I wanted to know if Im elegeable for the SoroSuub Personal LuxuryYacht. I readback in Julythat you need to havebeen an active player of SWG for 6months to qualify for the veterans reward, I've been playing since May,but it wasnt very specific if it meant 6 uninterrupted months, or six months in totalsubsciption period, the reason I ask is becauseit hasnt been a continious stretch I have taken brakes after every month expires. If its just six months subs totalthen Im fine, if not i wont get it until next year.
Thanks for any help.

cant answer that but i can tell you the sub is slow and not much use other than a place to store some stuff.

Try typing in /claimveteranreward, and if you don't get anything, you ain't eligable.

i wonder if we can invite non-jtl subscribers to soro suub as passengers. for holding parties etc.

thanks Lithium, will try that when I get the the game next week, hopefully wednesday :!:
and Unityi like the idea about non-JTLS player being able to board the sorosuub, especially with the Euro delay, but I doubt SOE would want those players who have no intention of buying the game a free ride in space.
and im sure the sorosuub is slow, but I think with views like it has, would be great to park justoff where a kickass battle is taking place!

yea. it would be excellent promotion.
soro suub already cant do anything except than flying and landing, so it is just like a flying house with view.
the non-jtl clients need to download only simulation engine i guess in that respect, the in-game interfaces etc neednt be dled.
of course these are only assumptions as i dont know the engine details of the game.
but, it would be exceptionally nice.

I grouped with some guildmates and launched into space with the SoroSuub, hoping to give them a tour around Corellia, but to no avail. I found myself alone on my ship, while all my guildmates got a system message to purchase JTL. I was hoping since the SoroSuub was portaled, non-combat, and non-damagable, that it would have a purpose as a tour craft. SOE should allow non-JTL players aboard if only as an advertising tool. I think they would sell more copies of JTL then.

hehehe it's just a flying house with a view, or a storage house with a view, if you will

I love My Soro Sub.. When I'm Having a Bad day.. i launch my Soro and kick back and work on Decorating it..
Yep It's a House in Space... That's why I Love it! I plan to do my FS Crafting on it orbiting some nice looking nebula. no you can't fight with it... but then that's what the rest of the ships are for
