Thread: MISSIONS NEED TO BE CHANGED!

Ok I usually dont do this but after experiencing this twice I have to say somehting in the hope that others will agree or at least give thier ideas.


I have run the imperial mission Tier 3 for a few friends and have just begun them myself. All I can say is. GIVE ME A BREAK. WHen a single Tie goes up against 6 spawns of 6 fighters each and THEN had to rescue a ship that did not get touched it gest frustrating. (especially when in th emiddle of it you get a "server shutting down message" and cant finish it)


I know the higher end missions are supposed to be for more than 1 person to deal with. I am fine with that but when you switch gears from destroy missions where I can take on spawns for 2 hours straight, to a hour long mission where you barely survive there needs to ve some progression of the dificulty and not a cliff the size of a Star Destroyer.


Either have the trainer /mission giver have text that "due to the difficult of the assignment you will require assistance from fellow pilots" or soem other indication that ok, now im gonna need help.


I have had several og my quild mates get blown to bits when this occurs and as such damage culminates to lost components and such it gets quite expensive in todays million dollar a ship economy. (on Shadowfire at least)


Please either have the trainer indicate the severe jump in dificulty OR tone it down.


I would love to comment on how Z-95's are outmanuvring my Tie/in at the moment and theX-wings are sitting ducks, but I can see other posts have adressed this disapointing disparity as well.


Please comment and lets see what other ideas we can come up with to make this game better. I believe that this can work and please no flames on the mission, I know they should be dificult but we should have an idea on when we need help and when we can go solo.
