I reached the Ace title in the Imperial Storm Squadron this Saturday (nov 6th) andam just trying tosay that it CAN BE DONE!

I was - like everyone else is seems - very upset by the Tier 2 mission difficulty when I reached it.

I recruited daily for folks to help me with the missions and soon became known as the "Bestine Pilot Spammer". =)

Anyway... The trick is not to get 10 people with lower levels than you, but one or perhaps two with the same as you.

Recently I found two guys who were on the exact same missions as I was, and together we set off on an adventure helping each other out. We worked in the way that we did dude #1's mission first, then the same mission for #2 and then once again but for #3.

The fun thing is that we never ever needed more people until the last master mission. The Corvette was taken care of by a group of seven pilots ranging from 2222-4444.

At the last Tier 4 we even took the same mission simultaneously and did them all at once, thus escorting multiple transports and getting engaged by like 40 fighters at once. Very, very confusing some times, but also very, very fun! So you could say that we soloed that one. =)

Now we are masters... I've put ca 5.5 million credits on ships and components (though I mostly use looted stuff) since JTL launch. There is nothing left to do. The TIE Advanced is still the best ship, there are no missions left to do but to help friends and PvP is utterly borked (fastest ship wins).

But anyway... It CAN be done, so cheeks up, people!
