where does it say only US citizens get the disc? i thought i read north america somewhere(that's US and canada)

actually if youwatched Team America: World Police. you would see that there is North America and Real America
when North America is said.. it is geared toward Real America.. product wise

All the sites say "Continental US".
And don't panic quite yet. The guys at my EBGames said that while we weren't eligible for Beta, we may get the bonus disc with the Flash Speeder.

my local EB told me the bonus comes in with JTL, other ppl here have posted the same thing.

I have been told by an EB Games customer service rep that I will not be recieving the bonus disk.
I am still pursueing the matter with them. I still have not heard anything from SOE.
I ordered online. When I get home I'll post the email thread I have had with them.

all i can say is that when i go to pick up my copy of JTL my bonus disk had better be there or there is gonna be some trouble

The response so far from SOE customer support was:
"We have no control over where EB Games ships thier products too, we suggest you maybe try ordering through Gamestop and possibly request a refund from EB. You may wisth to check with Gamestop about thier shipping policies first." (Their spelling mistakes)
I responded with
"Your company entered into an agreement with EB Games and misrepresented the value of preordering to your international customers.
EB Games is refusing to allow cancelations and furthermore the final qualification date fot receiving the bonus items has passed I believe.
So... I have preordered. Will I be receiving the flash speeder?
Please forward me the name and email or phone number of the person responsible for this promotion or corporate partnerships."
We'll see what happens. I refuse to be passive on this. I want the speeder and I also want companies held accountable for misinformation when it is used to sell.

Just to make sure is the pre-order for beta or 4 the actualt JtL because when i click on it on the hompage for star wars it talks about beta but i want to pre-order the real one
