If your working for the *cough smugglers cough* alliance, then go to the Lucky Despot in Eisley. From the entrance, go to the opposite side of the ship and there will be 3 elevators. They are all the same so pick one, go down, and speak with the woman just outside the elevator. She is your "contact" for all of Tier2.
