Thread: Droid Interface Clarifications

I was wondering if somebodycould clarify Droid Interfaces a little for me. While I know that a higher recharge on a capacitor is a good thing I'm not exactly sure how the droid speed modifier works. Could someone please enlighten me as to rather a higher or lower number is better in an interface. Thank you.
