What this is telling you is you do not have enough energy to run all of your systems. You'll notice that the number on the left (how much your need) is higher then the number on the right (how much you have).

I don't know your pilot level, but you either need parts that use less energy, or you need a reactor that will supply more power to your ship. If you are low in the pilot tree doing both these things may be your best option. Once you have enough power the numbers will go back into white.
