I see other threads that say Kesel is PvE now.... is this true, and when did this happen? I was on last night and it was definitely PvP...

Was there an announcement? If so, can someone point it out to me please?

I have to disagree. I have been following the progress of, and helping out people farther along than me, and having the Master mission in a perma-PvP zone was a horrible idea. It was nothing but a load-camping, gankfest. With PvP consisting of 1 shot kills, it is near impossible to complete the missions without getting ganked. The only way I've heard of people completeing it is through luck and lucky timing - they just happened to be there when no one else was around.

I'm all for PvP zones, but having the Master Mission there was a mistake. Especially with the greifing that is prevalent in PvP these days.

I also agree that Master Pilot should be hard and rare, but forced PvP is not the answer.

Everyone needs to calm down and think a minute.

This is a temporary fix to a Bad Idea (or a good idea gone bad)..Either way.....there will be more Zones/Systems and more PvP.

The complete fix as stated from the devs is a pvp reduction so people will not be one shot kills that will be implimented next Tuesday.

The little kiddie gank squads ruined kessel for everyone by ganking people that are engaged with tier 5 fighters doint their master missions and one shot killing them when they don't have a chance to react.

Blame them not the devs.

The devs are however implimenting a fix to ensure the pvp is fair and kessel will be a pvp zone

I think what he was asking was where this was announced and when it is going in effect.

I can't find a dev posting on an ETA or commenting on it either-but the Dev tracker is hit and miss lately anyway.

Thank you. I was about to update myself. I find it strange it is buried in a non test center note post. Hopefully there is time to reconsider as IMO a master should truly be a master.

I know the pros and cons and I am torn as I see both sides.
