Moenia is the rebel city on Naboo, and where you start your pilot career for the Vortex squadron. I find a lot om imp pilots and even scout / storm and dark troopers in the starport. I would'nt wonder why there's imperial activity there since i guess the empire should now about the rebel situation there, they prooly want to try to stop the activity.. But is that the reason?
