allow us to declare overt once , and not have to declare overt everytime we go on the ground ...its anoying , the only way for us to go covert is to be destroyed or fly back to the station , and of we get destroyed give us the choise to not covert if we dont want to .,

I think that should be allowed, you are Overt till you undeclare that is how it should be.

Of course this is basic, I am an advocate of choice if you choose to be Overt you should be Overt till you choose to be covert.
That is basic, I am in favor of choice, you dont have choice if you lose Overt by landing.

I'm afraid the lube you requested can only be crafted with a resource that has not yet spawned.
