Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I just got a brand new kimogila fighter and I have advanced fighters and I am certified to use this ship. When I go to generate the ship from my inventory I don't even get the option to generate ship. I deeded my dunelizard and I am able to regenerate that ship but not my kimogila. I have exited and reentered the game and ran a full scan but still no luck. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
