Verified with 5 people that if you have aclose tofull datapad you will not recieve your mission waypoints.Not only will it be adding your mission waypoints to the data padbut thespace areaones as well (like space stations).
To bypass this in the middle of a mission delete some waypoints from the ground and jump in system to get them to reappear.
Deleteing the space ones doesn't help because they will load before your mission ones when you jump back in.

Try this: adding droid datachips to your datapad deletes waypoints to make room! No warning or anything. I had some nice ones then loaded up my datapad with chips (w/o realizing it). my most recent wps are now gone!

Ouch that really bites.
Perhaps a way to fix this would be to add another tab in the data window for space? Kind of like they did for POI's?
