Were can i get good xp iam 4 3 3 3 and i need 1million xp for each tree were can i get good xp?

we get the exp from helping out clan members do there missions or just go to the terminals and ask player if they need help.
This will help out your fellow players as well as get the exp.
I made 1mil helping out 3 tier 4 mission.

best way to grind tier 4
best - help people on their missions (tier 3 and 4)
fastest - run destroy duty missions from your trainer, takes between 1.5 and 2 hours for one box.

I agree with the above. However, the absolute fastest way may be at the Red Sin Chimaera hunting the constant Death Watch spawn. It takes a good ship, though. Let me warn you in advance.

That's the hyper point for Endor. Then activate your Declorian Area POI wp, and go there. Plenty of pirates in Z95'sfor 3k to 4k xp just achin' to die. I got 2,116,635 xp there in 4 hours.
Which, btw, tells me that the xp cap for tier 4 pilots is more than 2 mil xp.

Fastest way to grind tier 4 on of two options:
1)Kessel Fighters give between 6k and 9k XP there, Gunboats 22k, and the Vette 44k
2)Deep space: Blowing up the Space staion or the Star Destroyer gives you 100k in XP, Get a master pilot to give you a ride there. I take people all the time on my server.

yea that's almost as fast as tier 4 destroy (depending on the squadron tho)
for Black Epsilon, running destroy duty can grant you 3.3k average per kill, waves just don't stop, and gets bigger and bigger as you go further in the duty, the beginning of the duty is not that good that I agree, but after your 3rd waypoint, the waves get big enough to expect a kill every 5 to 10 seconds (btw waypoints are about 1.2/1.4km away from each other). what you say above (2M in 4 hour) is still abit below than tier 4 duty where you can expect 2Mxp in about 3h30 approximatively.
