Come out and state either Yes or No something is being done about this, aswell as the reasoning behind it.. Simple...

You people said in beta that you would like to continue the level of communication you had there in live, as long as the back and forth conversations remained civil..

Silence on this issue is just feeding the fire. And it WILL NOT go away until you begin to address it in someway.
