I am a imperial in SWG.

However when JTL comes i want 2 fly Privateer prrofessian. But asi am a IMP would i have 2 fly Imperial pilot professian unless i give up my IMP faction and resign?

u can only be 1 i think, but even as imperial pilot you can fly the vet yacht or the yt1300 (devs have said this, cant remember link)

You can choose to be a pilot of your faction (Imp in this case) or fly for one of the 3 freelancer trees. You only can't get the pilot tree of your opposing faction.
