hi all,
just a question: if i buy a american version of JTL will it run ok on my UK version of SWG?

Yes as that is the way a lot of us UK players are currently playing we have either
- Imported a copy
- Or are using a US cdkey we have bought or had someone get for us

I Have a couple friends I Gave them the cd key then mailed them there Boxes(Not that its necessary). they are on its working fine.

I don't think that's such a good idea. You might get confused because words such as "bonnets" and "fags" will be replaced with "hoods" and "cigarettes"...

also if i bought the cd key of the net all i have to do is put it in launchpad and it will download everything i need correct?dont know if it matters but i did'nt have beta

correct once you register your expansion it will fully patch it for you, and you will be ready to hit the space lanes.
