Thread: Thanks SOE, you just ruined my JTL!

Thank you very much Mr. Over the phone SOE I wish I had a highschool diploma Employee! You just ruined my JTL!
So I get JTL in the mail. I install it without a problem everything goes off without a hitch. So I go to Register the expansion and I get my alts account info, not my main's. I call up SOE and ask how I can get my main's account info. The guy on the phone says that it doesn't matter which account information it displays on the screen, just the account I logged into the Launchpad in on. Okay cool. So I register the expansion under that just like he said and of course, it's under my alt! GG SOE! If there's a way to switch the expansion from that account to my other, please tell me. You've just lost yourself another customer, SOE, due to your lack of semi intelligent staff.

Yeah I did log into my main. The account information displayed on my main was my alts for some reason.

I figured out why. I post using my alts account and it autologged in. Now I'm still stuck with the problem of getting JTL on the other account. If I can't, bye bye SOE.

If you can afford two accounts, surely you can afford another copy of JTL. If not..

So..
...its your fault then. You should have checked which account was logged, and whether it had autologged or not. No one to blame but yourself.
EDIT: Guess the truth hurts and thats why you 1 starred me and some other moron gave you 5 stars for being an idiot. Oh well
