I have 2 computers in my house. Both computers have SWG installed. My cousin plays SWG too at his house. I know that it is perfectly legal for him to come over to my house and login to my extra computer with his account so we can play together but How can we do this with JTL? Will he have to bring his JTL disk over and install in my extra computer? How does this work. I installed my JTL disk in my main computer and registered. I am now able to play JTL with my main system. I haven't tried on my extra system yet. Can anyone help with this?

One legal copy per system. If you have two computers, you will need 2 copies of JTLS installed.

So he could bring his JTL disk over and install on my extra system and we could play JTL together correct?

you can use your jtj disk to update the other computer and login with yout jtl account on it.
once it is updated anyone can use jtl or non jtl accounts on it.

If he has used the JTL key on his account already at his house then that's really all that will need to be done except for the extra download the first time he loads his account on your machine. When I got JTL I didn't even take the disk out of the case.
His account is registered with JTL so he's good to go anywhere he logs into. You just need a JTL key associated with your account if your going into space too if you haven't done this already.
