Anyone else ordered JTLS from GameStop and have NOT received the pre-order key because you didnt get the Beta CD since you were not in the USA?
I am in a constant email battle with their ecommerce email address. I have sent them all sorts of "proof of purchase", corresponding emails etc and if I am lucky to get a reply, its usually 4 days later.
I am in Australia and this is taking far too long to sort out. I have tried navigating their site for some contact information and I had no idea how big they are.
My last post told them I pre-ordered on the 6th Oct. They sent me a reply saying that the cut-off date was the 14th Oct and they are sorry I did not get a key and hope that I use them for future orders. I dont think they read my email. They are assuming that if I was entitled to it, then I would have received it.
Does anyone know a contact number for a "head office" for Gamestop so I can call them (adding another $50AU to the cost of the game already at $97AU inc customs tax - for comparrison, thats like $250US) so I can sort this mess out.
Any help would be much appreciated people.
Thankyou

I called Gamestop yesterday and today I received my Pre-order key for the flash speeder.
I urge anyone still having problems obtaining the key via email to call Gamestop first. The call time will be approximately 4-5 minutes but it sure beats sending emails and waiting 4-5 days for a reply.

You even got a reply from gamestop??
I'm from holland and I didn't receive a key either and I know a few others who also pre-orderd and didn't receive a Key.
I mailed them last friday immidiatly after i found out i didn't have a flashspeeder activation key and I still haven't got a reply. Mailed them yesterday and today on a non hotmail account to see if thats any difference. Now I hear that all my friends who DIDN'T pre-order are receiving mails from gamestop thanking them for their pre-order and giving them a key!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. Sounds like everyone who DID pre-order ISN'T receiving a key and everyone who didn't pre-order IS receiving a key.
I know for sure I'm never gonna order at gamestop again, and i would urge SOE to find a partner that knows how to do buisness in these cases.

After spending 1 night trying repeated times to enter the code before realising the next day that I wrote down a wrong digit.
I am trying to enter the correct one now and being told that the key has already been registered.
I reckon I am just getting the worst possible luck.
Tomorrow, I need to call Gamestop... AGAIN! from Australia.
Is this frustration just never ending or what!? Am I the only one STILL having problems?

I had the same issue with EBGames: Even thoughI preordered they adamantly refuse to even send me a key to unlock the falsh-speeder. I have sent emails to both EBGames and SOE, the latter answering that I need to "contact EBgames directly, to inquire aboutthe pre order package, that should of been given to you.".
This is nothing I blame SOE for BTW as they have been very friendly in their communication even when I threatened to
1. Never going to order anything from EBGames again
2. Never going to preorder a SOE-product again
3. seriously considering to never buy a SOE-product
2. Never going to preorder a SOE-product again
3. seriously considering to never buy a SOE-product
EBGames did nothing but answer several times with the same prefabricated mail:
<quote>
> The bonus was not available to customers outside of
> the Continental US.
> This information was stated on the product page when
> the bonus was
> available. We apologize for the inconvenience
</quote>
I don't expect to ever hear from them again and I am going to drop that matter now. I know however that I shall never do business with EBGames again (and yes, they have shops in Germany) and I shall discourage everyone I know to do so in the future.

I looks like that Gamestop-customers are more lucky in this regard? I am crossing my fingers that you at least get what you have paid for: Good luck!
