you mean change pilot proff? if so you have to go to a certain npc that will let you retire you will loose all your skill and have to start from noob again well thats the way i see it now as i have found the place to give up priveteer to change pilot prof as for changing the planet for your pilot proff eg. chaging priveteer naboo to privateer corelia i'm not sure if you can.
