Thread: reactor overload a broken skill use? or just bugged...

i tested this out tonight nothing happened my reactor stayed at same.
anyone else see this as a bug and useless skill.
and yes i used it in my computer in space droid said it worked still no stat change to the reactor

When i use it it increases my engine speed.
Are you talking about the program from x/x/x/1 in Imperial Pilot?
If not completely ignoreme!

No, reactor overload is a Privateer program. It give you more reactor output, more energy.
But it is useless. Generaly you take of with enough power and if you are heavily hit during a fight and you reactor give you less power you don't have time to react, you are nearly dead and you're droid/computer is too slow.
The only way to really use it is too launch with a lack of power, your countermeasure or some weapons are not powered. Then you can overload your reactor to give them power. But your reactor will not last long.
