Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I'm a Rebel Pilot currently flying a Y-Wing. Should I go for a Longprobe certification or better equipment skill. I know you can link both weapons with the long probe but does it have any other advantages? Does it have more mass? I'd like better equipment on the Y-Wing but it is that worth it? Will I be limited in that sense over the Longprobe? What good is lvl 5 components if the ship is too limiting mass wise? Dam that's alot of questions. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
