Thread: New Planets
yep. As much as I want JTL they REALLY need to fix SWG: ED first...
I think player cities was the worste idea ever.
Every player city I've been to, on every planet, is either deserted or has like 2 AFK crafters in their houses.
All non-major cities are near empty.
In the good old days everything from Wayfar to Mos Espa to Bestine to Mos Eisley were all full of people.
Now Mos Espa and Bestine are the only cities with life.
And still not even comparable to Coronet, the ONLY city people seem to go to.

I think you all are missing the point. The game has evolved, there is no reason to be in cities anymore. Early on we all ran missions from terminals and had to use the bazaar system. Now the only reason I go to an NPC city is to use the starport.
You want to find the people go to where the action is:
1. Ft. Tusken is almost always crowded.
2. Geonosian cave is crowded, especially now that they lowered the difficulty.
Next up the Deathwatch bunker will be crowded. The game has evolved and changed. When we were all noobs we had to hang close to cities to survive. We needed groups to complete the most basic of missions. Now everyone has lots of skills and lots of good equipment. We can survive more independently.
We need new planets to give us something new to explore. Endor and Dathomir are fun, but for how much longer? I rarely run missions from terminals, except to grind faction points.
Courasant would of course be an imperial world where the rebels might have to watch themselves, but it could be basically the big city it is and be the core home for like Merchants and whatnot. Not really a fighting planet.
