Thread: Mysteries of the Sorosuub: Possible hints of capital ship systems yet to come?

There is a strange room behind the bridge on the Sorosuub. There are various computer panels in it and several prominent "mail slot"-looking things, which are empty. On the bridge itself is one of these slot things, but it is filled with the ship's administration panel. Are the other empty slots potential work stations for capital ship crew members? Would they contain control panels for engine systems, weapons, targeting and such?

Also, there is a small chamber in the lowest level of the ship which you cannot enter. It looks like it is some sort of airlock. Is this something we will use to dock with space stations and capital ships once the devs program those systems?

Just wild guesses, really.

Thoughts?

I think of the "mail slots" as food dispensers, since the ship is a floating bar/love pad. The room with the hole in the floor was supposed to go to the 2 turrets that were removed. They can't give any "free" things to players that give anyone an advantage. The sorosub is not supposed to be an attack craft...though it would be nice.

Still waiting for that "autopilot while not at controls" feature for it.

The turrets explanation makes sense, but I don't know about food slots. That room sure does not look like a kitchen to me. And again, the bridge has one of those slots witha control panel stuck in it. I just thought the room looked like some kind of auxilliary control room.

I do have a strong imagination. Proud of it too.

Well you have to think that it looks like a galley on a plane and I'm sure it's like ICK Star Trek where you press buttons and something pops out.

/grumble

With its crap yaw and pitch it wouldnt be much of an attack craft anyway but how could it hurt to have some fun sub vs sub?

What about that escape pod button by the empty turret? I pushed it! You should too!!!

Hmm. I found another one of those slot things down by the turret station. I don't think it's a food dispenser. Again, the one on the bridge has the ship permissions terminal stuck in it.

Ah, no. Not a urinal. Devs have stated that SWG remains true to continuity on this matter. Star Wars characters do not have to go to the bathroom
