sorry for posting in wrong forum but i dont know where else to post i need big help!

OK i order jump to lightspeed a long time ago about october 20th or sometime and it should of well been here by now it said it would come in 5 days in the mail and it is not here yet!

How do i get ahold of the people that sold me this game on the site?

Can i get a link or something?

Oh ya and it did take the money out of my debt card

You need to contact the place you ordred it from, also double check the shipping you selected. UPS ground can take a while, so can US Mail. It took UPS a week (7 days) to deliver a package from Thousand Oaks, CA to Riverside, CA. Thousand oaks is about a 2-3 hour drive north west of Riverside. Another thing is check your email you may have gotten a product shipping number to track your package. IF all else fails call the place you bought it from to see if it shipped, wait a few more days. And if your package does not arrive call your card holder and tell them you never got what you ordered and were charged for it, they may be able to put pressure on the place you ordered from. This is not a SOE problem so contacting them is usless it was them you ordered from.

Try going to the site you purchesed the game from. There will be either a link that tells you who to talk to for shippin inquireies...

The programers and Game developers are not the ones that ship the game.
