Is the Sorosuub going to be given to 6 month character verterans or 6 month account veterans?

Will accounts with less than 6 months recieve the sorosuub when they hit the 6 month mark? I would hope so, but haven't been able to confirm.

Don't worry as soon as you hit the 6 month mark you'll have a nice email in all your players email box
