The second Mission I recieved from my Tier two mission officer was to recieve information from "Morv" who would be in disguise as a Techie in Nym's stronghold. Unfortunately I have -5000 Nym faction, what should I do? is it possible to buy Nym faction?

You will be fine, I did it with -5k Nym faction. Just avoid the NPCs in the streets of his stronghold.

Its not easy to avoid them, when you are a 500lb Twilek

Bike around the side of nyms city to the palace at the back, the fuel tech is in the room back right ish. Once you speak to him bike it up the stairs directly in front of the palace as the next fuel tech is there you need to talk to. I also had -5000 nyms and did this to avoid being killed.
