Is anyone else having problems running this mission? I keep getting blown away in the first 3 or 4 shots by missles.

IFF spoof is your friend!
You might also want to invite in a droid you can beef up your back shilelds so the missiel does not blow you away on one shot.

Or you can invest in a chaff launcher. Chaffs usually work for me.
