I jsut recieved the yacht reward but cant walk around my own ship?

Is there a way to get me out ofthe pilot seat or put sumone else in it so i can walk around my own ship?

Down below the crosshairs it says "leave ship station". Click CTRL to switch your cursor to the arrow icon and click on that button, it'll make you leave the station so you can walk around.
