Thread: Rebel Tier 2 mission question.

OK, I'm on Rebel Pilot Tier 2, started at Naboo, now I'm working out of the abandoned reb base on Dantooine. I'm on the first story mission of level 2, the one where you have to go to Lok and intercept an Imperial shuttle with the scientist on board, disable, and capture it. Disablng it is no problem, but how do I capture it. Docking with it accomplishes nothing. The mission description in the datapad says to place a starship assault droid on the shuttle's hull so that it can take it over. Starship Assault Droid? Where do I get one of these? How do I deploy it? How much is this going to cost me? And why couldn't that fool mission trainer back on Dantooine say something about this BEFORE I started the mission?
I like this game, but I think the devs need to do a better of job of having the mission trainers give better instructions on how to accomplish the missions they give. Especially considering how much of a pain it is going back and forth to the obscure locations some of the trainers are placed at.

The assult droid part is automatic, after you disable it wait a few seconds, the 'assult droid' will automaticly take command. Wait around 'cause you gotta protect it for a few min.'s untill it leaves the system.

That's a complete lie.
All you have to do is indentify the shuttle you don't have to disable it. Why the mission doesn't say that is beyond me.
And Starson, if you don't know what you're talking about don't post.

You don't have to get nasty,thats the way I did it, if you did it a different way, well and good post it. I have done it a total of 2 times, once in beta and again in live. The way I did it worked, he was having a problem, if your way is better for him so be it.
Edit : Oh and if I made a mistake, I am sorry, it was not intended. Yes as opposed to those who think they know everything, sometimes I make mistakes.
