click on the 'Leave Station' button in the HUD

EDIT: To get back in...click and hold on the pilots chair til it says 'Start Flying'

I've also heard tryping /stand works, but I haven't tried that out.

or just type /pilot and it pops you back into the seat (actually standing waist-deep in the floor behind the seat, but you still get to fly..... it kinda extends your arms out at the same time so you can reach around the seat and grab the stick(s). lol
