I'm another frothing UK 'player' and managed to get a key sent from nodsdorf.net in about an hour.

One question though - do you need the instruction manual? I know that there's a keymap available, but is there a pdf of the instruction manual?

Honestly, why they couldn't have just done this all online is beyond me. Send you a key and pdf manual, download patches through another login screen so they don't give the server a hernia... Everyone happy and playing at the same time.

Jump to Lightspeed... unless you're in the UK, then it's Limp Along On Thrusters.

I pre-ordered from Gamestop.com and got it on the 29th October. I live in the UK and had no problems, it took 2 days to arrive from being dispatched.

Anyone had a key mailed from SPS (Strategic Plus Software) in the last 24 hours. I've heard nothing after confirmation of my order.

If you have the ground game installed and up to date then you have the required files.

when you activate JTLS with the key in your launchpad it will download the rest of the files required for JTLS. the only differance with using the cd is the speed at which you get in game. if you just have the key, depending on connection speed, you could be downloading for about 2 hours.

if you install from CD the download takes about 10 mins.

I got my key this evening from dlgamer after hearing the UK/Euro Launch was put back (again) to the 12th. Arrived 5 mins after the purchase and is very genuine, now just waiting for the 2.5 hour download!

I'd like to see expansions available for purchase from our existing account or by CC, as you can do that with certain of the EQ addons. No middleman and no physical media is better for all.

This thread saved my skinny MBH ass so props to Gawzeera for it.

BTW hats of to the DEVS too cos JTL is well good, pity the distribution isn't up to scratch (who ever is too blame).
