WOW!!
That really is excessive per death and does need to be changed. Either that or increase payouts from space my a factor of 10 to afford this.

This won't be implemented because the endgame to JTL atm is PvP.

I see good points everywhere... let me explain what I think about space stuff decay.
- I'd like to see a 33%-50%decay if you are completely destroyed during flight. Well, you can actually see your ship exploding...
- 10% decay for just "repairing" seems too much for me. Less than 5% would beok. As someone pointed, your RL mechanic doesn't tell you "I fixed your engine, but it lost 10% of lifetime"... well, he might not say you that, but it's almost impossible to repair something and make it work like if it where first manufactured. Unless you visit an specialist (who can even improve your starting perfomance but may be more expensive than the original part) you always loose something.
- Ground solo missions fix will make much funnier to get money, but also longer in time. I'm not sure if this is good or bad for the whole game. As someone said, JTL is an expansion, not a whole separated game. Ground changes should have their reflection in space. I can't foresee the impact of this feature in space game. I just wish you could hire a faction perk as Wingman in order to try missions over your rank. This way FP would be of some use in space!
- Shipwright-made stuff quality is, in most of components, under looted equipment. What's more, tomorrow they will increase the looting rate and TIER-to-Level loot, which will make Tier 4 and 5 grinding much more profitable.
- I understand and agree withVuvvik's point about the bunch of time we loose now roaming the galaxy looking for good parts and chassis blueprints. Anyway, I think it will be solved at some time in the near future because the market will autoregulate and, shortly, only those who offer good queality and quantity will be know. It's a matter of us, the pilots, to share that kind of info and help the good shipwrights in order to help ourselves.
- I'd like to see an increase of cost reparings along with the reduction of item decayness. That way we will still have a tangible reason for trying to staying out of the fire an incentive for mastering in Dodge Fighting
.
Great post, Vuv.

- I'd like to see a 33%-50% decay if you are completely destroyed during flight.
Well, you can actually see your ship exploding...
Oversized if you ask me .. after i got more familar with JTL now i know it is always possible to
stay alive (expect PVP), if you do not act like a fool and use some strategies. I will enjoy the
game and the challenge no matter how it turns out. But i know there are a lot of people out there,
that will be too afraid of risking there gear. Death shouldnt cause too much loss, cause that would
drain the game experience for all.

I agree to that. You also have to keep track about balancing the decay between ground and space. If there is much
more money in crafting space items we will loose a lot of 'ground crafters', prices will increase for that stuff
and it will be even harder to find.
- Ground solo missions fix will make much funnier to get money, but also longer in time.

I am looking twice for the solo mission fix. I never had the helper tag on, but you know i have always been one
for the guild and now with JTL growing a lot of people are complaining about there money needings...
I have rarely been on solomission after i got my first composite, but i think the devs shall make grouping
more rewarding before taking the solo missions ... people will still soloing but not on mokks like they do
now ... i am afraid that they will suddenly appear at my spots and make it harder for me to survive...
For the last sentence, as i offered you yesterday ... Join the Pilot Alliance and let us be your Faction Perks
- Shipwright-made stuff quality is, in most of components, under looted equipment. What's more, tomorrow they will
increase the looting rate and TIER-to-Level loot, which will make Tier 4 and 5 grinding much more profitable.
Agree. Shipwright crafting needs to be adjusted. I like the looting thing, but common loot should be less effective
than shipwright crafted, on the other hand i am not sure right now if the shipwrights already doing their best
and using the right resource ... i saw mark II missles varying from 2k-3k max damage, and X-Wing chassis by 10k of mass.
You should also be able to loot exceptional equipment on a much lower rate that has slightly better stats than shipwright
can do ... or high lvl reeng items should also be better then shipwright stuff.
- I understand and agree with Vuvvik's point about the bunch of time we loose now roaming the galaxy looking

Hope i don't have to spend much time for that in future. Have a handfull of good shipwrights on my list, which are
dealing with orders and delivering to my vendor.
- I'd like to see an increase of cost reparings along with the reduction of item decayness. That way we will still have
a tangible reason for trying to staying out of the fire an incentive for mastering in Dodge Fighting .
I wouldn't care about an increase in repair cost and i don't see ne problems in that for tier 4 or aces or ground gamers,
but it will be too hard to afford for n00b ... you remember your beginning time when it was hard to afford a travel
ticket to any planet? We shouldn't make it too hard for the n00bs to get into game... i never tip money to n00bs, cause
they will advance too fast and would miss assential game experience i made in my first days... but if they increase the
costs it would be much harder for them to get into game

I have no problem with decay, but some of the decay rates are pretty sick right now.
