My ideas for new planets would be Bothuwai, Ryloth (would need special equpiment for this due to intense heat), Kessel (cant go wrong with the spice planet), and possibly Eriadu (maybe as a precursor to Coruscant since this is supposed to be a highly developed, built up and polluted planet but not quite like Coruscant, incidentially I think it is Moff Tarkin's home planet).

Eventually they will add more planets to SWG. It could be the very next expansion after JTL. So when they do I hope they think outside the box a little and add something INTERESTING as opposed to new fields with new trees and 20 new animals to kill. Give us instanced content, more dungeons. Devs, you were originally going to have underwater content, why not add that in? Maybe an ocean planet, there are a couple to choose from.
In any case, i think most of us agree that whatever they add, just make sure its got meat to it! Not just alot of fluff.

Im all for Kashyyyk! 8) Id be interested in seeing how they would handle it tho, its got a very unique 'layout' to it, multi-layered dense jungle environment. But i sure would love to see it in game. 
Hoth would be amazing to have in the game. As long as they implemented atmospheric effects, so players had to wear special clothing while there to prevent winter damage. Not to mention it would help get all the l33t d00ds out of their uber 90% resist comp armor. =) seriously tho this could be a great planet, id love to see it in SWG.

I think the Devs need to add some more content to the planets that exist before they add new ones. If they don't get real exciting by the time WoW comes out I might be switching games unless JTL is really good

Gah I was about to mention Bespin! lol.
Cool thign about Bespin it would be a great place to try out atmospheric flying, ya know? Like in Rogue Leader. Could be probably one of the first to have it....

Coursant wouldnt have to be the WHOLE planet. I mean, the devs would probally only make it as big as tattoine. It took me 6 hours to travel around the whole planet of tattoine. And considering the av-21 is slower then a old buick, tattoine isnt the size of the planet... Duh.....
Anyway, i thought about bespin yes, but then i realized, all the clouds, people cant really adventure there unless it's flying. It'd be kind of pointless. - My thoughts.

orrusacant was mentioned by timathy Zahn yes , but it's also fairly prominent in episodes 1 and 2 . As for seeing new planets , doubtfull for some time . However I'd love to see the homeworlds for all the starting races eventually brought in . Korriban would never be brought in . It's been over 4000 years from the time line since anyone had ever dealt with or heard from that world of the sith, Why ? unknown, an it's location if known would surely be hidden an a highly protected secret of the emporer. Dagohbah , has 0 reason to be included as well . Hoth as previous posters have mentioned is less life on it then a star cruiser . Apart from maybe being used as a special instanced pvp zone for rebels an imps it's got very little value . Coruscant untill the dev's decide how they want to handle it won't be included anytime soon but I suspect much later down the road we could see it's inclusion. Ord Mantel I'd love to see added in it's well documented in the eu's and mentioned in episode 5 . As for other spots mentioned like the Hapes cluster . That would be a fabulous set of worlds but has the makings of another exapnsion alone . An while were mentioning new worlds , why hasn't anyone suggested the Corperate sector authority ? Genosia also would make a great world added in , as well as perhaps the worlds that played signifigant roles during the clone wars .
just my thoughts , an yes I realize JTL will not be including any new planets just new Space specific zones .

First, welcome to the forum. Now, to get to your post, I love the fact that someone else thinks there should maybe be a Hoth. Someone commented with that quote about it being unhabitable, it would be like a rebel theme park only for the people who buy JTL cause you gotta admit, having hoth in the expansion is cool in the fact that you could only fly ur own private ship to get there. And yes, eventually would be Battle of Hoth which would be fun yet we all know the ending. lol. on a related note to that last sentence, I'm having a strong feeling that the rebels are gonna mysteriously meet up with the imperials about a year or so from now and fight outside endor against the rebels and the rebels are gonna win? heh, prolly not right? but anyway, I agree with that guy that said "I would hate to be the modeler for corrucant." lol. i hear ya. But it would be sorta private considering no one with less than 1 gig ram and a top of the line comp could go there andenjoy it. Kashyyk would be awesome. I feel as if our wookie friends are left out on alot. Giving them their own planet to roam freely in would be cool and fair to them considering they really havent got anything until like 2-3 months ago. Korriban.....hmm......I dunno.....Maybe it would be something where only dark jedi could go and no one else. I would say the same for degobah for the rebels but I dunno. I would definatly not make degobah a place where everyone can go lol. All yoda needs to see is another coronet on his front door spamming about things hes prolly not heard of. Plus, the fact of having a bunch of BH and dark jedi and a million other people there......eh....I doubt he wants that kind of attention, although I'm sure he'd enjoy the company of the chefs....

Btw, kateria, I dunno if you'll accept this or not as a statement pertaining to the game, but in the Star Wars books, good'ol Corrusacant is the main base of operations for the imperials. Its Palpatines own private court where him and Prince Xizor and Vader have meetings as to what they do next. Yet in the game, they stick Palpatine and Vader on Naboo.....still havent figured that one out yet....
