Thing is a few SW's have run tests on chassis using the best materials possible and the worst and at the end of the crafting process the difference in the stats isn't that much. Think someone made a post of this as well in the SW forums but it's probably got buried now under all the other posts. So the prices at present from some SW's are on the high side and should hopefully settle down.

Unfortunately, so many crafters in this game seem to be rabid socialists who think that valid business tactics are evil, everyone should aid their competition, (you have no idea how many wanna-be architects whined to me when I wouldn't train them because I won't aid my competition, as if I should automatically train them out of some nonexistant obligation) prices should be fixed and based on what they consider fair, and all sorts of other hippie nonsense. Maybe if you run off to the hills and join a commune.. but not in my capitalist world.
Completely off-topic, but thank you!
I've been noticing this more and more since my 'toons have moved from pure combat to doing a little business here and there.
Don't even get me started on what the proper definition of 'gouging' is.
