only thing i can suggest is right click the red X and see if you get an option that says download picture. if you do. then that should sort it.

I'm not familiar with excite i'm afraid.

if your still unable to view it go here www.dbzmail.com and create a new account. its free and yes dbz does stand for dragonball Z

once you have the dbzmail account forward the message from your excite to the new dbzmail account and see if you can view it in there.

I know excite may have some sort of firewall or blocker enabled that you cant change.

another thing to check is, if your running XP service pack 2 go into control panel and disable the firewall thats built in. also disable any other ad-blockers or firewall software and anti-virus software you may have running.

Well, I ordered from Interact and go no answer as of yet on just the key, and I think got charged for shipping, and I don't want to wait ... so anyone have any idea how long this usually takes?

But ive just gone and ordered my key thanks for explaining how it works.

Lets all boycott activison and laugh.

If Activision doesnt sell a lot of copies they will lose business and their share values will go down, if they have any, whos up for a bit of insider trading - hell if every UK JTL gamer didnt buy from activision and then bought 50 pounds worth of shares we could do a hostile takeover HEHE.

And one last point - who is the distributor for ireland - cause it would really piss me off if they have it on their shop shelves - piss me off for the 1 hour it takes me to make it to grafton street in dublin if i drive like a bloody maniac that is - i live in belfast so it would be tempting - hell its probably cheaper there too.

And finally - has no one thought about the damage done to the environment caused by making all those boxes and CDs that we dont need - im not a tree hugger by any means but if SOE had half a brain they could have released this in a download form for the majority of people and claimed it was part of their ecologically sound corporate ethos - good advertising methinks.

ordered my second key from DLgamer yesterday, got it within 10 mins

Igot my first key from a mate in the US, was planning to wait till it came out in UK, but now got fed up.

my email was blocking the image from dlgamer, but I copied all the junk into a txt file, renamed it to a htm file and opened it in Internet explorer and there was the key.

both my accounts are now JTL enabled, and neither were bought in the UK, so that's 2 more losses to activision.

Just want to add my 2P's worth and heartily recommend www.interactcd.com - great service from very helpful people, i hope they make a lot of money out of this as they deserve every cent.

I just want to say thanks to everyone who posted on this and especially to Gawzeera for starting it.

I was seriously frustrated when I found out JTL had been delayed again so I took your advice, cancelled my pre-order (hehe) and ordered the CD-Key from the US. It arrived by email the next day so can't wait to try it out.
