As a side topic for this thread, would you like the devs to add never before seen ships to the game or would you like to see star wars original ships first?

originals first, so we have something familiar to get used to jtl with...introduce others eventually, slowly...they are hard to design from scratch, look at my wook hunting armor...the only cool thing about it is the pinkish/blue/red tinted feathers i have all over it...

Continuity in swg ?, you got to be kidding ,ships from the future would'nt be that big of the deal when it comes to past continutiy "mistakes" (like the army of jedi that are now before us).

Actually, the jedi starfighter was made by KDY, or a subsidiary of it, and thus is the baby brother of the star destroyers. And to all who ask for Firesprays, there were only six in the galaxy, one stolen by Jango Fett, the others blown to pieces by him during a prison escape (see bounty hunter ps2 game)

Well think about it. In the first place Jango Fett shouldn't even exist. From the old EU Boba was not a clone in the first place. And also, so what if there were only 6 Firesprays. Technically there shouldn't be thousands of jedi. But I agree, I wouldn't like to see many Firesprays flying around. But for ships, seeing as how I am Imperial on most servers: I would like to be able to walk around in a stardestroyer. Large and medium sized ships would be a really cool addition later on.

Queen Amidala's ship from the Phantom Menace (not sure what it is, but I suppose it would be a transport/smugglers ship as it was fast and stealthy but had no weapons)
(I never actually saw the film but it sounded cool in the book, especially if you could use the cloaking system)

That ship, Nick, is a Royal Yacht. Only the Royal Families use those.

Lambda Shuttle (might make it in)
Technically it's an open market ship, but the empire was about the only entity that could afford it.
Firespray Patrol Ship (might make it in, but I'd bet on the Lambda since the model is already in game)
Also, as for all the people saying it's one of a kind. Guess again. The series is, according to official canon, resurrected around the time of the battle of Yavin (SWG Timeline) Slave 1 might be a one of a kind Firespray, just like the Falcon, but that doesn't mean there can't be Firespray patrol ships.
I'm sure the people screaming "No Firesprays" would be tickled to death if there were no YT-1300's either.
Uglies would be *AWESOME*, however they'd leave out Imperial players, and I think the devs have stated they want to make sure ship choices are "balanced" across factions.
I'd love to see the B-Wing variant with two wings and one cockpit. man that's a beautiful ship.
I'm sure lots of people would be happy with the YT2xxx series ships too.
Gotta have the Corellian Corvette. Even if it's a guild ship.
I'd really love to see traderoutes, and the ability to somehow "mine" in space.
Dockable space stations, basically NPC Cities in space.
Imperial blockades of Endor, Yavin and Dathomir (supposedly there is an Imperial blockade of Dathomir)
I'm not sure how I'd feel about player controlled capital ships (mon cal cruisers, star destroyers)

Hey i've seen loads and loads of ppl always say Slave I. If you like it so much learn what the actual ship is called. Firespray!!!!

It would be cool if they added the Firespray as a theme park reward ship.
