Take a look at the cockpit canopy. Remember the way it opens in ANH (or Rebel Assault II)? The "hatch" isn't there on this model.


Strangely enough, I do believe this was a snafu on the real studio model, too...

A quick question of some numbers I thought I saw and now can not find. If everything being equal, same engine, reactor, wieght etc, is the Ywing more or less manueverable than the Y Wing Long Probe? I thought I saw something that said it was not, looking for opinions or info, thanks

I think the longprobe doesnt manuever as well as the regular y-wing...

Which is sort of funny, since the tailgunner could help you survive those long looping circles a bit easier. Of course, two guns on one target make you kill surer, faster than one + one maybe controlled, maybe left fallow.
