well what is detremental about using decayed components in high end pvp/pve? your weapons shoot just as hard, your shields say up just as long. if your shields and armor are gone, something tells me it's fairly rare your components HP is going to save you, i'll conceed it happens occasionally. i guess.
Server and time of day, and day of week, it's all conditional. So far, every time I go into Kessel, everyone respects the truces and even several have asked me if I was there for PvP. When I answered "No", they respected it.
However, I'd hate to be on one of these other servers that have more assinine players, or on during the weekend, or, thank god it's not summer anymore.
But, what both of you say happens. Just at different times.
But you dont deny that people wont pose as PvEers and PvPers wont violate any "truse" as there is no way to enforce them.

But you couldnt Cuz hes the most Uber and Greatest Player ever to load on to this game. He pays way more than you per month. His opinion is all that counts. And the thought of his actions and others like him have caused this change to ocur coulndt penatrate his self indulgence.
Now get him from out Behind that Keyboard and In a Uniform to do some real Fighting and we would see what a Coward is.

This is false. Once you land you are imediately set back to covert so you cannot be ambushed on the ground without buffs. Declaring in space is fast, fun and full of benefits. Such as ground faction points from killing factioned npcs.
That said it does not help privateers. Regardless of when kessel gets put back to fullpvp i'd like to see a way to declare your privateer faction, so you can be overt to RSF for example as a smugglers alliance member.
