Very upset about kessel going pve. If this game continues to bend to the carebear whiners with 0 skills I will probaly move on. If your getting killed over and over in kessel its because you suck or your badly outnumbered.

This is not true, and this is the attitude problem that most people refer to when they talk about PVPers. I want to PVP, but honestly it's this very argument that's giving everyone who wants to pvp a bad name.

"You suck or your badly outnumbered..."

Whatever.

Maybe it's because you're trying to take out 2 gunboats and a corvette with a group of 15 people and more than half of your group is getting killed one by one by enemies that continously come back at you because they can get full repairs and warp back in the zone in a matter of a minute. I would have been fine with damage mitigation, to be honest with you, but I'm not terribly upset about Kessel going non-pvp. Hopefully it will be replaced with another non-master zone that is pvp.

I say they change the badge for those who get ace after the pve system is setup... ".. has become a _______ Squadron ace due to whinning". I had to pvp to work though my missions. I died several times and it took me a few days, but it was worth it. These new aces will not have the experience of a challenge and shouldn't even be trusted with an ace title if they have to whine to achieve it.

How about they add badges for how many kills in pvp you have gotten? It's been suggested, and it needs to happen.

1> total number of kill badges
...has killed 25 enemies dogfighting in Deep Space.
...has killed100 enemies dogfighting in Deep Space.
...has killed 250 enemies dogfighting in Deep Space.
2> kills without dying badges
...has killed5 enemies dogfighting in Deep Space without dying.
...has killed10 enemies dogfighting in Deep Space without dying.
...has killed15 enemies dogfighting in Deep Space without dying.

Doesn't that sound like a better solution than gating people based on whether they can stay up until 3am when no one is in kessel and having their group do the mission then? A small group can take out a large group of players. It's happened to a lot of people. And no, it's not because we suck.

Goodbye my love, goodbye. Losing ground is what it takes if you really want to fly.

SWG Wiki: Everything you wanted to know about kreetles, but were afraid to ask.

"Looks like SWG attracts the biggest cry babies, who whine about the game in multiple forums but continue to play it. We are tired of people making multiple posts in every PCG forum and whining about SWG. If you hate the game stop paying the monthly fee and sell everything on Ebay."

There were better solutions out there. I can name two that would of appeased everyone.

  • PvP damage reduction.
  • 60 second invunerablity loading in.

This would of given the "griefers" even less incentive to hang around.

  1. They could no longer camp the hyper point.
  2. It would take longer than10 seconds and 3 shots for someone to die.

Don't give me that crap about going to deep space, because no one goes there. Don't give me that crap about "go overt", because no one else does.

Well, we all know how things work around here, and this just confirms it.

Whining = results.

Better yes, but no proff it is easier to implement ASAP. TH seemed to act as though this was last minute but important to enact right away, so maybe some of this will be used, but as of today no it wont, but even TH said that his post si subject to change before going live.
