I did some testing tonight, and found the following:

1) Reactor overload program doesn't appear to affect capacitor recharge, and weapons overload did appear to cause the capacitor to regen faster. If I had only reactor overload on, my capacitor drained quickly, if I toggled weapon overload on (while keeping reactor overload), my capacitor hardly drained at all. It may have been the combo, though.

are usure?... i didnt see any icon near capacitor and idint see any diffrents. if effects it will be cooll

2) Using reactor overload caused 5 points of damage to reactor armor and no damage to reactor hit points. It went from 104.4 / 104.4 armor to 99.4 / 104.4. However, after repair (I was also trying to get some data about repair decay), it went up to 104.4 / 104.4. So either a) Reactors are not affected by repair decay (which reduces the max armor 10% of the repaired amount) or b) repair decay doesn't kick in unless you repair some minimum amount of damage. The decay does seem to calculate down to the 1/10ths place, front armor plates went from 348.2 / 689.2 to 655.1 / 655.1,but maybe it only occurs if decay > 1.0.

got Ofio( lowca)... opef ofio( lowca)

Weapon overloads do nothing to your capacitor recharge. They boost your damage, the effect is very noticeable, and very useful on tie's that have only one gun. In the process they make your weapons draw more energy. I can run weapon and engine overload 3 with absolutely no detrimental effects if i use reactor overload 4. Other than the damage to the components of course, which i might add contributes to decay. At level 4 reactor overload causes a a much more sizeable chunk of damage.
