Vortex / Dantooine Rebel Tier 3 Mission 2 is giving a lot of people problems... there are several threads in the Pilot forum, however, that tell you what you have to do at that point.
Also, you can pull up your quest journal in flight and *see* what the next step is.

They have to fix this soon...I've tried this mission 5 times, and camped the spot waiting for the right one for over an hour...FIX THIS, DEVS!

For those of you still searching who havent visited the Pilot forum in the Professions section of these boards;
The spawn you're looking for is *literally* named Blacklight Pirate. Inspect the Blacklight Pirate, disable the Blacklight Pirate, hit /iffscramble until it works, then /dock with the Blacklight Pirate.
All the other spawns at this location are Blacklight Assassins or Blacklight Wing Commanders. These are not the ships you're looking for.
