There is like 2 or 3 patrol ones, the last patrol you get attacked by a wave of pirates. After you kill them you get the last wyp, that is the endless spawn. Look for the Blacklight Pirate, not assassin, not fighter or bomber PIRATE!!! Its kinna hard to find him while you getting shot at, but keep looking, and stay alive, sooner or later he will show up. Oh and i also found out crowding the waypoint will result in him not spawning, me and gf found this out the hard way....a few times. Stay about 1000m from the waypoint, and keep checking back at it, he spawned for me with about 4 or 5 other tier 3 ships.
