There is also a thing called variety... with only 1 sector that is PvP based we don't have that. Now, before someone says "go overt" I've BEEN overt almost exclusively since I took my first flight in space. I've only ever found one other PvPer and that was in Kessel who died trying to attack me (I was on the far side of a corvette + escort from him, it took him out fast). I don't want to be exclusively in deep space if I'm looking for someone to fight.
