I install it without a problem everything goes off without a hitch. So I go to Register the expansion and I get my alts account info, not my main's. I call up SOE and ask how I can get my main's account info. The guy on the phone says that it doesn't matter which account information it displays on the screen, just the account I logged into the Launchpad in on. Okay cool. So I register the expansion under that just like he said and of course, it's under my alt! GG SOE! If there's a way to switch the expansion from that account to my other, please tell me. You've just lost yourself another customer, SOE, due to your lack of semi intelligent staff.
you're an idiot.
How am I an idiot? I listened to the word of the customer retardents.
Right well first off, if you had used some common sense and sat and thought about it before you registered you'd of realised that
a) you should've clicked on the "sign in/change user" button at the top of the website.
b) you then log in with your main account
c) you register it with your main account
But instead you realise you have very little patience, you lack common sense and thus you ruined your own game.
SOE employees are not held accountable for the actions of people who don't know how to use the interweb proficiently.
I'd be surprised if you can even find the "cancel account" button on your main if you don't know how to log out and back in with your main yet.

Well I think you would be impatient as well if you chose next day shipping on a preorder, have it come 2 weeks later than when you were supposed to get it and then be told that I can get my money back for the shipping mistake, but in store credit.

No not really. I've been there, and i keep a cool head and speak to managers about it. I get my money back when i ask for it in a calm and collected manner.
I've also been on the other side. I 've dealt with hotheads who think they can get what they want by shouting louder and louder.
You know how i deal with them? *click*
Yes, the phone is a tool for communication. Not a tool for abusive behaviour such as it sounds like you demonstrated to the CSR. He was probably a little fed up wtih you pissing and whining, and decided to play "let's have some fun with the monkey on the phone" and caused you to register your JTL with your alt account on purpose.
That's life sucka.
Do unto others as you'd have others do unto you.
The moral of this story is: talk to people decently, you'll get a lot more accomplished. Talk to them angrily, well, you get what you got, tough luck.

You're still here? I thought you were leaving? If you're quiting why are you still posting about this? Or maybe you're just like all the other whiners who post on the boards threatening to quit for ruining their game but never do?

Take your original copy of JtL back to the store and exchange it for another one, make up some dumb excuse, and then install the new one on your main account.

Hey dude dont sweat it. There have been lots of issues with people getting stuff like thi swith JTL. All your main character info is on th esony server not your computer. Reinstall SWG, remove beta if you have it and your character will come up. If it doesnt happen the first time exit and log on again and your character should be visable. As long as you use the password for that account th eserver will update you. I think thi sis the problem you are having. You only pay for one account correct?

Right now I only pay for one account. My alt is cancelled but still has 6 months left on it.
