did you install the CD. I think the CD has required files on it.

I just received 4 copies from Gamestop. So far, 2 of them have that problem. Still trying the other two. Going to try it on the other accounts, too.

Welp I installed the cd files from the Jtl cd , and when I went to register . Suprise the same message that everyone else here is posting on. Awesome....

lol... I installed it... CSRs say its lag but I dont lag... contacting tech support NOW.

I installed the CD, and Directx. Then I rebooted and started the game. At the launchpad, I attempted to register the expansion. When I tried to submit the key, I got that message.
