Whoa.... there Adolf! ....I'm just asking for a more smooth independent feel to the Turret Control. Right now skill is not going to help you much on the Aggressor as far as trying to attack much of anything. You basicly have to park the TIE and sit there to let someone shoot.

For those who have used the TIE Aggressor you may know what I am about to talk about. We all know its a 2 Player Ship and one I like, but there are major issues with the back turrets. Here is a list of suggestions/fixes I think need to be done.
1.) Allow for the back turret to have a slight auto tracking system to help the passenger better follow the target.
2.) Make the weapon for the back gun not allow guns that cannot be used correctly and cause bugged graphics along with odd issues with the passenger.
3.) Make it so that if your passenger has a mission it shows up for the driver as well.
4.) If you have 3+ more people in your group before you launch your TIE Aggr in space,Make it so you can sellect the person in the group you wish to ride.
These are my ideas and suggestions. I am sure others might have ideas and even more so for other ships.
why the hell it should autotrack ?
better yet we made all ships autotrack and already quit space.
too annoying these people who want to ruin the game for their own petty advantage ...
the auto track suggestion is for the person in the back have you tried targeting while someone else is flying the aggressor try it then you will become enlightened
i have played many, many simulations, and i know how damn hard, how impossible such a tracking would be.
however, i have never seen anyone asking for such 'reparations' in any game's forum or simulation community.
it is a matter of skill. and this is all there is to that.

no need to be lying about anything in a petty discussion. this is what my experience is, and i am standing for what i said.
if you are going to play a twitch game, play it twitch style.
if you want auto tracking, you can always land in a spaceport and go overt to do ground pvp.
your joysticks, not your computer should do the work in this game.
You have failed to understand the point. Please do not post here until you get it.

i know that its only for gunner. but why should i accept such a benefit for another player ? huh ? i want some too.
see. thats the way it goes. once it starts, always someone will come forth and ask for some tweak for what he/she sees fit.

oh yea. see. that is the point. youre catching on.
im not a carbineer for over aaah eh i guess 10 months now, however i hold it for recognizing the people who suffered great pain while exercising the profession.
however, this is not a comparable example. because carbineer was broken, only 2 of its specials worked that time.
turrets are not broken. your lasers can fire. just like fixed ship lasers.

If auto-turrets tracked targets by themselves it wouldnt be "twitch" based combat now would it? Also whats the point in having a gunner if its like that? You might aswell just have the turret AI controled.
