I consider assault to be excellent in PvE becuase you can back it up with a PSG. In PvP, of course, it is totally dependent on whom you are fighting. Assault/PSG can still be an effective combo, but energy-layered recon is still going to be superior if jedi and riflemen are dominating PvP. One of features of the CU is that there is no armor or layering combination that is inherently superior to all others in all situations.

What is better overall, an advanced rifle barrel pre cu or post cu? Basically i need to know what pre cu converted to compared to post. I know it varies a bit depending on server but a general comparison should work.

Though, if you have the skill points to get the chef tree in artisan, most of the chefs I know are willing to give you a nice bonus (200 - 250k) to turn the lights into additives for them. The resources don't cost hardly anything (10k grind-qual water), you are really being compensated for your factory time.

You can use the Trando rifle as long as you are certed to use it, your acc will be a little bit lower, but try it out man, duel a few friends and see how each one does.

im with the smugglers alience and i get my missions from people on tat, doe sthat mean eventualy my trainer will be inside of jabba palace? cuz i havnt done that park yet. is it possible to change to having a trainer on another planet or will i have to drop all the skill i have so far?

When you reach tier 3 your trainer will be in Jabba's palace. As far as I know, you must complete the themepark to get all the way inside the palace, but I suspect that may not apply to bounty hunters...... I'll have to double check that one.

You can switch trainers though, but you'll have to drop the squadron you're in, along with all the skills you've recieved so far. Try surrenduring a skill in the skill window, and it'll tell you where to go to drop the squadron. Personally I'd do Corsec in Coronet if you want to be freelance.

If you're still tier 2 and haven't completed all your tier 2 skill boxes you'll want to do the Tatooine space station mission. That will give you access to all of Jabba's Palace. If the mission isn't available to you from the space station you will need to either do Jabbas themepark or start the neutral clone armor quest from the retired clone trooper in the Dearic cantina.

I think your tier-3 trainer is in Jabba's palace. Someone who has done SA can verify or correct me here. When you are about to finish tier-2, when you /comm the space station to land, you will be asked to do a job (quest) for Lady Valarian. Do that job. You will never be offered the quest again, do it when it is offered to you the first time. That quest gives you access to Jabba's palace. If you do not do that quest, you must do enough of the themepark to get to your trainer. The quest also gets you landing rights.

I have seen where the total fill space is 100...

Is that 100 for drink and 100 for food...

Or 100 total... including drink and food...
